About Us

Odyssey Records is London, Ontario’s late night independent record store.

Located in the heart of Old East Village, we buy and sell used LPs, CDs, cassettes, VHS, DVDs, Blu-Ray’s, 4K’S. We specialize in all genres of music including, but not limited to, International, Jazz, R&B, Hip-Hop, film soundtracks, Reggae, Post-Punk Japanese pressings and more. Our well-stocked cinema section has lots to offer with a specific focus on Criterion, Arrow Video, Scream Factory, horror, cult and the alternative.

Odyssey also hosts weekly Cinema Club nights at the shop, featuring programming from Justin, Kellen (VHS Video Void) and Hank (Hank’s Picks), all bringing their unique taste in movies to the Cinema Club. We also program special event theatrical screenings at cinemas in London. Our East End Connection Film Series is an ongoing celebration of Asian Cinema, featuring the best films from Japan, China, and South Korea. We’ve done screenings at The Palace Theatre and Imagine Cinemas.

Our passion and knowledge is focused on well-curated, quality vinyl and cinema. We are always happy to special order anything for you that we don’t have in stock!

We hope to share our love for physical media with our customers in Southwestern, Ontario and all over the globe (we ship all over!).

At Odyssey we love to buy your trade-ins, bring us your old records and movies and get cash or trade them in for something new. Call the store to ensure a buyer is on hand (Justin or Hank).
